mixed feelings about my stay
old towels lacking attention
The bathroom towels were definitely past their prime. They felt old. housekeeping also needed a serious upgrade. the rooms didn't feel particularly clean even after they supposedly tidied up. i overheard a waiter mentioning that tap water cost extra, which seemed ridiculous. paying almost five euros for tap water seemed like a joke.

friendly staff nice grounds beautiful gardens poor cleaning unstuffed spa broken jacuzzi
the pools were nice the grounds were also nice. the staff was friendly too. there were beautiful gardens i enjoyed very much.
the cleaning of bedrooms wasn't good beds weren't made properly. bathrooms weren't cleaned very well either. the spa wasn't staffed adequately and the jacuzzi didn't work well.

spotty service empty toiletries
i'm not gonna lie, this stay felt a bit... underwhelming. the rooms service was spotty at best. sometimes they clean good, sometimes they dont bother much. they also never seemed to refill the toiletries properly, so we ran out of shampoo a few times. it's those little things that bring the place down, y'know?

tropical garden peaceful atmosphere convenient walkway
i found the hotel to be very comfortable i appreciated the free parking i also enjoyed the tropical garden it provided a peaceful atmosphere for relaxation the walkway to the beach with natural waves was convenient and enjoyable too
the indoor pool was too cold for comfortable swimming it should be heated during cooler periods this affected my ability to fully utilize all the hotel's amenities

the staff at reception were helpful they addressed my questions quickly the customer service felt personalized the meeting rooms were nice too they provided a good space for events.

the hotel offers a big swimming pool it has a large pool area with many sunbeds the turkish bath was relaxing it reopened after repairs and provided a good experience.

our room was cleaned daily spotlessly the room was very spacious and comfortable there were two balconies with tables and chairs we had robes and slippers in the wardrobe.
